Market Research (If I may?)

I'm sure I'll get deleted if it's not allowed but here goes.........
I would genuinely value your opinions and comments, good and bad, on our new website. I would like to see what a good cross section of the public think and I thought that nowehere is a more diverse place than here.

Looked good to me ... but then I'd only be browsing as a 'private' customer ... I might have bought some if the postage wasn't so much. As far as I can work out only available direct from you or through the devil I mean Amazon.

I thought it was disgracefully expensive until I noticed the sacks are 16Kg! You should show that on the main page, not just on the product details when you click it - you have the price there, it needs to say 16kG!

Very nice, although that pic of you in a mankini didn't really fit with the rest of the site. One for the ladies, I suppose!

 

Looks good and professional without trying too hard if you know what I mean - no 'jarring' colours etc.

Seems to be well structured and flows smoothly and quickly between different pages.

'Our Story' sends a strong, positive message about the company

Nice images and well designed site in the sense the images are crisp and it welcomes you.
It's a bit slow navigating and refreshing and there is a lot of info on the home landing page that people may miss if they are not inquisitive or have the time to scroll.
That really nice text could be incorporated into the menu sections.
I can't see a site map, but that could be your web designer's take on SEO
The buttons:
Expanding and selecting a topic takes you to the intro for the section, instead of to what you want to see.
eg,from the home page hover over Commercial Sales & expand it down & click on Flour Cert. Unless you are already in the commercial section it lands at the top of the page. A minor detail but frustrating if you have to click twice to get where you want to go.

All joking aside, I'm only viewing it on my mobile over the phone network(I.e. non WiFi) and it does load nice and quick and I found it easy to navigate round.
