ive been listening on dab.. i must say it seems to have a great mix of loosely termed jazz stuff, bill withers loverly day, stevie wonder, some gr8 summery tunes..
Mmmmmm........Niiiiiiiiiiiice.... (sorry, someone had to do it....) I don't mind a bit of jazz if I'm in the mood for it, I once went to see one of the jazz giants, Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers at Ronnie Scotts......sadly it was a bit tiresome after about the first 10 minutes
Jazz FM do a great night at Ronnie Scotts bar, which is above the main club, every Friday night. It's all Soul, Jazz funk, Soulful house based stuff, anything from the 70's to the now's ! A good friend of mine, Gary Parker is a DJ there, but get fizzy before you go, drinks are very expensive, even for a multi millionaire like myself.....................
