you'd be better off importing a solid van from FYR Macedonia or Serbia. they are dirt cheap and plentiful there. This looks like a box waiting to happen.
I quite often drive past a scrap yard next to the airport in Skopje (FYR Macedonia). They have quite a few old VWs in there that look in better condition than that one! Fair play to you though if you get it back on the road!
