listening to the news on Radio 4 yesterday , the ongoing saga of diamond dave and utility prices ,they were interviewing a Cons. politician who informed all " by 2020 we (Cons.)will have fixed it that your bills (elec) will be £94 a year less "!! i would love to , but i simply cannot follow that ! for the 1st ever time , i am silenced !
