Leisure battery advice please.

    I dunno I just paid for it on ebay an hour ago. Matty says its ok and he is an electrician so guessing it should be?
     
  4. ok, I think i'll get one I have no idea how they work so it's another learning curve, drove the van today with the new windows in (see what have you done today etc) it was lovely and smooth also a better understanding to the mph per gear per revs nicely,

  7. without a test lamp or meter you could pull off the neg terminal off the LB and confirm that something thats connected to it only works with the engine running, this is assuming that what ever it is is earthed to the chassis and nut just earthed back to the LB. then you will know that it is switching on on off.

    I have nothing connected yet scrote. just the battery. I need to go out and get a fuse box of some sort now. thanks anyway:thumbsup:

    Not sure on how good the meter is but its cheep and says it does the stuff you need

  14. mods, can I change my user name, someone else on here says they read it as scrote instead of scote, now its confirmed that others do too.
