Late or crossover

My van was made sept 72 it has early westy roof petrol flap, early steering wheel, tank,slider and loads of other early bits but it has high lights and late bumpers with a defo panel.




Can i stay or is earlygay my refugw ?.

Seriously - is it a crossover or hybryd ? .

Not according to my really clued up neighbour he used to own the local vw dealership and he tells me different !

 

Any type 2bs with type 2A features was classed by vw as a xover model for parts supply. So he says.
