OMG, just replacing a strip of this as was battered at the floor end. I thought it would come off fairly easily with a sharp spatula underneath. The wrecked bit came off easily but the rest is 100% bonded. Tried heat. Tried spatula but just splinters off in tiny shards. Germans did a better job than UK 1970s laminate furniture! Any ideas, or should I just sand down and stick on top? (Picture shows before I started any work) Cheers
Brown paper and a hot iron then it will peel off. But its OG so i would leave it and make a repair so far up. I'm sure someone will have some formica lying about.
By a cheap oil painting kit and mix up some matching colour and just touch the bits up, will look the nuts with sun glasses on!
