No they won't and they never have.

Ever since the state pension was introduced, it was being funded by the workers paying for the pensions of the retired. All the contributions I have paid have gone to pay the pensions of my father's generation. When I get my pension in a week's time (yay! One of the last to get it at 65) it will be funded by all you poor buggers still working!

Anyway, as Glasto is a music festival, wasn't Corbyn's effort just an a capella rap act. Probably not very good as he is a bit past it and certainly not as good as Ed Sheeran who I thought was quite enjoyable.

Nice pension that fellas got if it would put him in the 'Supertax' bracket, not sure I'd personally still work if I was getting around £115.000 pension.

Supertax is earnings over 150000 though.

 

to me super tax is anything over 45000

 

Wondered if you meant higher rate tax.
