Jessie the 79 converted panel- more interior unit progress!

  1. Got the top fitted on the rear unit a few weeks ago and had all the edging sprayed to blend it in. Also wired up the 240v socket, so campings a lot more luxury now! Then yesterday i managed to make the front part of it. The top still needs the corner blocks fitting and then get the inside of it sprayed.

I also received the rear part of the cushions a couple of weeks ago and threw them in!

Oh, and i made a cup holder up front for mcdonalds trips! ;D

Still got a few more bits to do inside before beachbuggin but its all coming together nicely!

  2. that looks very smart

  3. I covered the back of the rnr bed panel with the oak Formica I've been using so it ties in better with the rest!

I also got the new part of the unit finished and sprayed up, quite happy with how it turned out. Although originally I planned on having the top on runners to reveal a secret/magazine storage, but just fixed it in place in the end.

I then started the rear locker, got the main part sorted and up, just need to make a flap for it and infill for above which will be hessian again!
