    Hi Guys,

I'm at the stage of attempting to put a new ply headliner in the van to replace the old hardboard one. The old hardboard headliner was held in place with plaster stop beads which were pretty shocking, as was the old hardboard headliner. Does anyone know if I can buy a kit containing both the necessary j channels and a suitable ply headliner? As I have no reference point for the j channels I can't just get some fabricated. Alternatively does anyone have the required measurements for the j channels?

  2. We can do a birch ply headliner, if you give us a ring on 01773608759 we can sort you out.

    Thanks Scott

So I suspect I'm going to go for a birch ply headliner from sjhjoinery. However I still need the measurements of the j channels, if anyone has a ply headliner and could measure the channels for me it'd be greatly appreciated.

I assume that's the kind of thing I'd need to install the headliner? Where did you source these from, I'm struggling to track a set down.
