I've been to church this eve.

1st time ever unless funeral/wedding etc... it was Christingle they gave me an orange with a candle stuck in it a red ribbon on it and some sweets on sticks in it, it was the globe and the light of god and jesus's blood or summat, they played all the hits and it wasn't fuddy duddy usual churchy nonsense

I quite enjoyed it and I'm no god botherer but it was uplifting and they had a drummer and bass player along with a keyboard much better than the usual out of tune organ, it was rammed.

I quite like the proper full on gospel malarky...well, the look of it..

it wasn't the clap happy gospel lot, just more "modern" music and less stern crap, bear in mind last time i was in church was a catholic wedding which was full on god bother mode

It's quite possible that I would catch on fire if I entered a Church.

 

i just thought it was nice that's all, don't get me wrong I'm not converted to god but it was sort of nice to chill and have a think about baby cheeses
