When looking to buy a van, what is the best way to avoid buying a ringer ? I presume the best thing is to check engine and chassis numbers against the v5 ? Where are they located ? What about the imports that have of not been registered yet ? How can you verify that the person selling does in fact own the van ? May seem obvious questions guys but I want to be safe and not sorry, and I don't want to give the rotten b******s that nick vans, any encouragement.
