Interior layout options

  1. Just picked up a full length Danbury interior, intended for fitting along the near side (for a Brazzer), I've got quite used to having removable units fitted behind the front seats, so you have a big load space if ever needed. I've measured the new interior length and if I remove the last section that fits over the nearside wheel arch, it will fit perfectly behind the seats instead.

The obvious negative is losing the walkthrough, but a big positive is keeping a full width bed.

    Any thoughts/experiences/lessons learned ?

  2. Can you put whatever cabinet blocks the walkthrough on wheels?
I have a set of draws blocking mine that I can roll out the way because I didn’t fancy the idea of having to go outside in the rain or snow just to go inside.

  3. I've got three separate pods in one van which works as you say. Just put one or all outside or along the side if needing the walkthrough. The Danbury is a single item apart from the unit over the wheel arch, but even that has a single piano hinge within it that needs to be cut.

I think I'm going to opt for behind the seats and put the separate pods in my other panel van, so i have a full load space if needed.
