My parents dog used to eat wood shavings. They'd get nearly through, then it was out with the rubber gloves. EEEUUUGGGHHH!
One of my springers pulled the cooker door open nicked the roast chicken whilst we were out ate the lot then nicked a box of allgold chocs off the coffee table and et them gold wrappers and all. and you know whats coming now yep they came out still wrapped so much for dogs shouldnt eat chicken bones and chocolate ??? Nutters springers ;D
My dog used to eat children's socks and pass them through regularly. My brothers dog ate a pair of stockings and almost passed them, but not quite. They hung out the back end for a while until they hung far enough out to put a boot on and help the dog out. My dog also ate a tub of blue playdough, that was scary when I found it!
do I dare tell the tale of puppy Puca and the family sized bag of peanut m&m's? or the Chaume incident? *shudder* ) she did scale a bookshelf as a puppy and found my oakley wrap arounds and ate both arms off, few weeks later she got into my rucksac and wormed her way in, managed to open the bullet case for my other pair of oakleys and chewed the rubber sleeves off. I contacted Oakley and they repaired/replaced both, she wasn't allowed in the lounge for a very long time after that!
My late cat Hamish aka 'the ginger @hailfrank' used to excrete elastic bands as a regular occurrence. We have no idea where he got them. I still miss him the rogue.
My dog ate a £10 note, when i called the vet to see how he was doing, he said "No change"...................is that brushwood rolling across the campsite?
