A motorhome probably based on the Fiat ducato just so id have somewhere for my roof box ;-)

 

Column change and good ventilation. ) Dormobile converted a lot of CAs...very popular so I was told.

Still hanker after a Mk1 Transit, used to have one, great as a camper but ran like a pig until the day I sold it then just to really p me off it was like silk when I delivered it to the new owner.

 

A nice room in a five-star hotel, please. With a pool.

A 1978 Toyota Hiace or a 70's Fiat 850.

A friend had a mk1 Transit camper thy was shown at the Geneva motorshow in 68. If I didn't have the bus at the time they were offered that I'd probably have had it. It was super though hopelessly underpowered compared to my bus.

 

Mine was a 68 converted by Dormobile. 2L Automatic with a Borg Warner box as was common in those days.

I Would have to emigrate to the states so as the roads would be wide enough to get myself a Winnebago, although i did see a proram earlier on these beasties-

There were 12 of these concept buses from the 50's, that used to drive around american towns as an advert for general motors before tv became the medium of choice

Id take a cab and chassis of a 4x4 vehicle and build my own custom camper

Id like to build somthing on a unimog base but realistically its too much for britain

 

My uncle has a commer when I was little, I loved that bus
