Sorted Betty's misfire so she's gone and become incontinent from her gearbox! Walked away and washed my mountain bike before I kicked her. Suppose I'll have to clamber underneath and take a look.
Bad connection on one of the small wires going to the negative side of the battery is my only guess, out of frustration I went over everything I had previously done and re did it. The only thing different was the 4 small negatives which I split down to two per eyelet rather than all 4 in one eyelet. Seemed to have worked!
