£12k to you if you want it £9995 to anyone else, I'll even finish the jobs on it! Or I might keep it, put the Scooby in it and use it as my daily when this piece of Marmite Juke goes back
Very possibly, not sure as it needs registering if it'll need an MOT even though it's s 68, if not I could have it on the road next week
I wondered about imports and NOVA when there was a plethora of "is my bus MOT exempt" threads, but I didn't like to interrupt people. Be interesting to know.
That’s an eastern Cape plate..tropical area, watch out for mozzies and snakes, and sharks. any idea which town it’s been living in?
Fine to ask ... Not as in getting money back, no. There's been too much else going on (health, family, money etc etc) that I didn't want to sideline by being sucked into focusing on chasing through court. I also don't have spare cash, or at least whenever I do it's going towards the project! I haven't written off the idea of court, but obviously as time passes it will get more difficult to keep it "fresh" and the courts might take a dim view of the time lag as well. I did at least put his name out there on volkszone on a thread that's been closed now, with a revised title that includes his name, Jon Hancock/65 Deluxe/Autobahn exiles. Haven't been on there for a while but last time I looked it had over 10,000 page views (putting their "stickies" in the shade) so I guess it's done its job? I had a handful of enquiries about what my issues were from people who had been considering using him, so I was able to put them straight on what his limitations are (basic stuff ok maybe, steer clear if it's a project) and didn't have to get into the other issues with them particularly (wrong parts returned, parts missing, billing numbers all over the shop, "imaginative" photos sent as proof of progress ...) just that the work was shoddy and he claimed not to realise it. Had some great, and differing, advice on here which was good at the time .... Main goes to @paulcalf
