This afternoon they've been lifting roof trusses onto a house in the road behind us using a 100 ton crane. Its been fun watching 4 blokes flying through the air attached to a rope each.

 

Just driven through East Grinstead, everything seems normal

 

this could be a nasty one.

So I'm going to wait for it all to blow over and the dust to settle before I start making any jokes

Wet. As usual. Hurricane sun, yet another re branding from the Met Office, like grass frost and surface water. Jeez they used to be called puddles in my day and another thing.... mutter mutter etc.

 

Bloody hell thought the roof was gonna get ripped off last nigbt it got so loud and violent, rubbish idea to go camping !!

 

Huge branch has been split off a tree further up the road but in a field luckily.

 

Sandgate is at the bottom of the hill where I work!! I’m at the Enbrook Park offices not the big office block thats a roundabout in Folky. As for beer, Do you mean the Doghouse or The Ship? (I frequent both ) Ah well if you come and see him again do let me know.
