a few years ago a local lad asked me to help him out wiring an extension , when we got there I realised it was for a local builder ( his own house) , I’d had a run in with him years ago and I refused to go in and warned my mate to be very careful as he has a history of a complete d-ck and doesn’t pay. 6 months later he takes him to the small claims court as he hasn’t been paid , the magistrate looked at all the evidence and turned to Mr D_ck builder and said ‘I’ve just had an extension built and if my electrician had charged me this much I’d have been a very happy man - now pay up!’ He tuned to my mate and asked him for a business card - reeesult
