How much do you want for your van mate ?

    The fact is my van is solid and complete and to replace or repair it could cost that much regardless of what you might think of it, agreed value is agreed, i have been through this before with a mitsubishi i had wrtten off by a uninsured driver, they have to comply by their own code of conduct!

    I think you misunderstood my original post old bean. It wasn't the value of your bus I was questioning, but rather that they'd just stump up an agreed value without a fight. Appears I'm wrong - which I've now conceded twice. :)

    your insured to take the van to a mot ...

    I am pretty sure if your brakes did not work and you crashed into something on the way to the mot ,the insurance will gladly pay out...:thumbsup:
