How many nights do you spend in your campervan?

I've just (somewhat tragically, although in my defence it was an attempt to put off starting a hideous project piece) worked out that this year our campervan will have been slept in a total of 56 times.

If you think that (for us) the total amount it could have been used* would be 5 weeks holiday @ 7 days (total 35 nights) , plus remaining weekends (94 nights) = 129 possibly overnights - therefore a total occupancy rate of 43%

Another lovely statistic is that if we paid on average £80 for a hotel room between 2 people, we've offset £4,380 in hotel stays this year.

How about the rest of you?


*haven't calculated Bank Holidays - didn't have THAT much free time

 

more than last year but not enough, i used it every month this year (bar jan/feb) i have plenty of time but not enough cash to use it as often as i'd like i would guess i've probably slept in it 20 nights only for 2012.

 

not as much as i would have liked .....2,2,1,2,3 ... only ten nights this year

 

this has inspired me to get away more next year ....

when i say me ... i do mean me and the family

 

Got Molly back at the end of august...she's been in n out the garage (there now) having bit n bobs done (or not because he's a messer) so not really managed to get away in her and it doesn't help me working weekends too... Hmm only spent 2 nights in her but looking forward to Christmas BBQ... And lots of happy times in.20143

I havnt spend many this year and one was because i was in a bottom chateau most of the night ???. Fraid my back and neck give me alot of jip ,having a drink does help me sleep but having to drive next day doesnt really work with that. Longer hols are better but the weather and circumstances havnt been good this year . Might go abroad more next year maybe?? 8)

 

A bit less than last year,,but maybe 40-50 nights this year

 

not been a good year so around the late 40s this year


not including when i had a cold and was snoring so bad i was sent to sleep in the van in the garage for a week

 

Only 4 im afraid every time we wanted to go it rained,the two good weekends of the year tinkerbell and i were shipping brides on there big day,think i need to buses

 

we only camp weekends and during the summer 6 months but managed 35 nights last year

 

not enough this year about 9

 

To many that I can remember

 

Only 26 this yr.Must try harder !!!

 

A rather poor show - 25, that's 3 weeks holiday and 2 shows.

 

We've done 18, which is not enough, but a lot more than last year. Reckon we'll beat that next year
