just checking I've got the door step attached at the right height. How much vertical clearance should there be between the bottom of the door inside the bus & the door step? I've only got about 1-2 mm...
When i put mine back on i didnt look at that. I made sure it was lined up with the outside panels and equal distance round the edges and was seated properly on the catches. I'll take a look after work tonight and see what i have.
Depends if your door has sagged a bit. I refitted my Devon ali step cover and it fouled the door bottom and judging by the witness marks it'd been happening for a while, so I binned it. Probably a combination of the track wearing/sagging a bit, the rear hinge sagging and the bottom roller wearing a bit. As long as it clears and the gaps look correct
My door just hits the track cover at the bottom when I shut it, removing paint. It fits well at the top. Some PO reskinned it and it seems to have got taller...
