house viewings today, fingers crossed

After a week of really hard work, the house is ready for selling. We put it on rightmove yesterday and have the first two viewings today. Please cross your fingers for us, we need to sell, this week.

What I hate about buying and selling houses/homes is that you are dependant on so many other people..

Last time we moved, we took out a second mortage to buy the house we wanted, therefore we weren't dependant on a buyer for ours. Which cut out the chain effect.
We moved in to our new home and rented the old one until it sold....

It's still very stressful, but you're less likely to be let down by other people.

Cheers guys. It was a repossession when we got it, wrecked. the only person we have had in is our plasterer and granite worktop man. I knocked the wall out to the dining room ,fitted the kitchen and bathroom, did the drive, facias, the oak floor, fitted the french doors. And all I am is a Pizza chef!

Can't do anything mechanical though.
