Hooks House Farm - Robin Hood's Bay

  1. Very nice site overlooking the bay. Booking required for hook up but plenty of pitches without. Clean facilities, good showers. Not too many caravans. 2 hour clifftop walk to Whitby, 5 mins downhill into Robin Hood's Bay. 3 great pubs and a good Bistro if you fancy splashing out. Great (but expensive) chippy. Bus stop at the top of the site with hourly buses up and down the North East coast.

I've stayed here in a tent many times but last week was the first time in the van. Couldn't have been more friendly. Guy showed me to my pitch then brought over a wooden wedge to level me up. Didn't laugh when I stalled the van and it wouldn't start again.

VW friendly. Another nice bay at the bottom of the site and a split in the 3 days we were there.

    Would recommend.
