I just found this on youtube after making a cup of tea and remembering the Milky Milky sketch on The Mary Whitehouse Experience.

I was crying with laughter!

It was the comedy series of my generation! Does anyone else remember/watch this?

 

Oh yes - still use "milky milky" as a phrase to freak out Mrs Mabel. ;D

 

I saw them live oh so many times!

i love it "see that hippy richy? that's you that is" brill show, you tube the cure doing happy birthday etc i loved that sketch

 

Loved it, the phrases they use have come into our generations language like Monty Python.

 

I saw them at the Corn Exchange and laughed so hard I actually fell off my chair. a bit of wee may have come out too

I used to know Rob Newmans Jarvis sketch he did on his tour from start to finish ... maybe I will relearn it for a future camping trip and put on my smoking jacket ...
