Hi all My 79 2.0Fi idles fine on auto choke when cold but when up to temp the idle rises, to what feels like around 1200rpm. The engine runs fine, feel fine and is giving 25mpg overall (I don't push it hard!!) It would just make me feel better to be able to "tone it down a bit at idle!! Any ideas?? Cheers B
ours idles quite fast off choke too - I'm not going to twiddle and adjust it incase the lot goes pear shaped & falls to bits round us!!
