Hi all. I originally joined the site a few years back when it first started. I lived in Shetland then and was restoring a 72 Riviera. That got sold when I left Shetland, and now the family live in Pickering following a spell in the Republic of Ireland. I'm working out in Iraq and get back to Yorkshire every couple of months. I'm hoping to find some sort of bay window to restore, the rougher/cheaper the better. Anyone oop north got anything cheap and cheerful? I have my eye on one up in Aberdeen but something more local would be nice. And yes, I would consider a rot box, up to a point! Cheers, Nick.
Thanks for the welcome, everyone. Looking forward to getting back to the UK in a few weeks and starting my bay hunt.
Hello & welcome back, I like your enthusiasm and you must be either very skilled or a complete nutter if your on the search for a rot box! Either way I can't wait to see what you buy & looking forward to your resto thread Robo... P.S. I'm a little of both
