HELP!

Anyone know where i can get a gearbox for a 2 litre?
Any help greatly appreciated

 

Depends on how much you want to spend. You could get one off eBay or a recon one from one of the various suppliers.

What type are you after?

 

its a type 4 engine

 

1600, 1700, 1800, 2000?

Three rib gearbox versus 6 rib gearbox. The latter being the harder to source and as such much more expensive.

From what ive been told, the one we want is expensive and as rare as rocking horse sh*t!
I'll get Alan to get in contact with him and see if we cant find something

 

The prob with the 6 rib is everyone with a spunked up T1 engine wants one as well so they can cruise at 50 and overheat their engines.
