You`ll be suprised how little you need to jack up the van to wriggle underneath ... Thinking about it , you`ll need to jack it higher for obvious reasons ...
Unfortunately Paul i missed the next day delivery slot as i ordered after 4pm so it wont be here until tomorrow, obviously if it was here today i'd have whipped it out and measured it for you...
Not sure about that, I'm sitting eating M&Ms for breakfast (technically dinner as I'm just home from a night shift)
Just extra insulation Now related to the thread, does anyone know if a 413mm lift jack is enough to change a wheel on a stock height bay?
Unfortunately I'm at work (and going away in the van at the weekend), but i can confirm 490mm of lift, so i would say yes
My stuff has just turned up. I went for the 3T garage jack with 520mm lift. It is more powerful than you can possibly imagine. I'm struggling to move it! Huge metal wheels as well
For home use I bought a long reach/high lift 2t jack from Machinemart (just down the road from you). https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/clarke-ctj2gls-2-tonne-long-reach-trolley-jack/ Placed under the gearbox I can lift the bus very quickly and easily. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
