Hi all, I have picked up my bus after some work. It runs great until I put the lights on. Then the fuse in the fuse box (red original type fuse) gets hot to the touch. So much so that the plastic melts and the fuse does not touch the contacts meaning the engine dies. It's fine running with no lights or on side lights and when I put the head lights on I can't feel of hear the relay click (should I ?). The guy who did some electrical stuff is not local but he reckons it could be a faulty relay that was put in new fro. VW Heritage. How can I test the relay to check this and does anyone have any other ideas or similar experience with a solution. Thanks.
