Hello back... Just realised what a terrible job I did of introducing myself!! (Told you I was cr*p at this forum'y thing) We're picking up a 1979 bay on Sun...not seen it yet and discovered I know very little about campers apart from outside looks and even that is vague! But hey it will be an adventure! Currently drive a mini but we've loved VW's (campers and beetles in my case) for years too but never had the space before to expand to include them as well as our 6.5 minis. Still not got the room but ebay is a dangerous place lol!! Based in Stockport (near Manchester)...old and married with 3 little kids (5, 4 and 2) Anyway look forward to getting to know all about bay's. Just read the guide to buying them and I can check off lots of the things with the mini....bad brakes, cold, noisy, break down etc so hope I'll feel right at home just a lot higher and bigger lol!! Ta.... Yes not sure him or her yet...or name. Did email seller asking but he obviously thought they were daft questions and ignorned them lol!! Mind you if its a daft name will have to change anyway! Gladys is winning atm...Elvis's mum apparently, and Elvis is my mini....

Yeah..thats why I asked what his/her name was, but no reply so thinking up names incase "it's" nameless. Could do without any bad luck lol! Already virtually on 1st name terms with the AA!!!!
