  1. Hey guys and girls,

I'm Carl. I'm 21 and ive bought the endless money pit that is my 1975 devon bay.
Ive owned it just over 3 months now, bought it with the intention of doing a bit of a facelift and having it on the road. But being a perfectionist i've decided to go for the complete resto job keeping as much geniune vw as possible, so no cheap repo parts.

ive seen from other topics how much you guys like photos so i will upload some of mine when i get a chance, but here's 2 for now.

basically i only get to work on it on saturdays, and the odd day or two ill take off work when i want to get something done.

anyway yeah i hope you like it! :D

  4. Hello Carl!
Looks like a brilliant job so far!

  5. Welcome Carl, we are in the same part of the country, just the other side of Wroxham. Proud owners of Bunbury (literary link there), opted for the expensive route and bought a resto'd Westy.
