Hi there all. I'm Steve the proud owner of a 1979 late bay "Betty" she is in need of some TLC which she is now getting from me. I have a 1973 1303 bug that I renovated over the last two years. Betty is my next project. I'm an engineer by trade and did all the 1303 myself except for the paintwork. Betty has engine/carb problems, to solve these I've dropped the engine and have replaced the oil seals etc. the bodywork is a bit tatty in places, tho I'm trying to do this on a budget. Will post pix of the work when it's finished. Cheers Steve
