Have you been a good boy/girl this year ?

I've been generally good. But still bad at spelling and remembering people's names.

I took my four year old son, Walter, to see Santa in his grotto,

Santa had heard that this year Walter had been a good boy , but could do better.
Santa explained that every time a child is naughty he replaces a toy with a potato, !

Santa then asked Walter what he thinks will be in his stocking this year, he replied Lots of Potatoes!!

 

We were always told we'd get potatoes if we were naughty, the whole ashes thing was a mystery to me )

 

I've been quite good....ish!
