Hi all, I am looking to swap out my 14 inch OEM steels with some later ones - Mini 16 inch are looking a possibility and a guy relatively local to me has a set for sale with 195/60x15 tyres (although I need to check the load rating on the wheels & the tyres). I would only want to fit these wheels if i can also fit OEM hubcaps (well, probably the baby moon prototype bay style ones). Just wondered if anyone had successfully done this, probably using splitty (& prototype bay?) style hubcap clips. Piccies would be very helpful. Thanx.
thanks Baysearcher - are the 356 steelies quite wide? And aren't they only available in wide 5 - 5x205? I do not have a narrowed beam & am fitting dropped spindles (which push the track out by 10mm) so am fighting against a large offset.
