gsf engine lid seals

    D'ohh wrong link , can't find the one i was loooking at now :-[

    anyhow gsf engine lid seals for about £11 are they any good ?.

    Zed Gradually getting grumpier

    There are two types of seal that will "fit" as in be the right"size".
    No1 has a profle a bit like your westy roof seal
    No. 2 has an overall square profile.

    Get a square one. JK used to sell them but you MUST ask as they are forever changing supplier.

    The rounded ones are made out of hard stuff and also get pinched in the gap at the top for some reason - like crap cab door seals, fit one of these and you'll never get the lid to shut properly...
