Google Maps: Where is this quiz?

    The idea is, you go onto googlemaps and zoom into something and post it on here for eveyone to guess where it is.

    Make it as hard as you like but it should be guessable - i.e. don't zoom into a single roof tile.

    Give me a sec and I'll post one up.

  8. Although having said that, Old Harry Rocks are in the sea so not sure why I guessed that considering the pic is surrounded by sand and heath!

    So it's something along the Jurrasic Coast, can people walk by / on it, is it a real tourist attraction in itself?

    It is something people would walk past/around and an area is named after it.

  15. Can we start the quiz with slightly more 'known' icons and then go down to local ones? Otherwise I think this potentially good thread might die away.

    Although having said that, that is one interesting rock that I wouldn't have known about otherwise.
