come to those who wait .... The gods of Karma shone today.. after years of giving stuff away for free and doing work for impatient people who dont pay, I got a score... and Im as chuffed as heck... Searching for an aircooled motor to replace the V8 in the recent van purchase, I found one ... complete with tins heat exchangers and exhaust... the bonus is it also comes with a spare T2 gearbox.. a new in the box carb, starter, and clutch ... on top of that the fella is throwing in some spare lights and glass and as an additional bonus, 4 clean steel wheels ... Ive been after a set of stock steels but there a bit pricey... The double bonus bonus is its just 20 mins from me ... and on top of this all for less than i usually spend on a night out with my mate .. I can hardly contain myself... The engine might have some wear, I dont know, im treating it as a builder, but the value of the tins would cover what I paid .......... RESULT.......
