Ever read Robert Maxwell's biography? There was some weird stuff happening there as well. Deffo her father's daughter.
You may be right. I'm not a great conspiracy theorist, but I'll make an exception with that lot. Deffo something going on.
Still have it on the shelf - got about a third of the way through it I think and lost interest. He was a law unto himself for sure.
I worked for Maxwell in my first job in Oxford. He could be a real charmer of the ladies. His sons Kevin and Ian who were around 10 or 11 years old used to rampage through our offices which were in a wing of Headington Hill Hall, and nobody seemed to know how to control them. Ghislane, I don't know if I ever saw her, as she'd have been about 6 years old, but she was clearly raised in a colourful family.
“Colourful” is certainly one word for them... Good job you didn’t let Bob Maxwell give you swimming lessons.
