i'm not wanting to put a dampner on things, groan.... but the weather don't look great and it's only a week away.
i wonder if it would get called off - at what time do they say it isn't gonna dry out in time....... if it does get binned i'm off somewhere that's for sure.
a week's a long time in weather, it could be cracking the flags by this time next week. It's been beautiful here all day and the weather report said, flash heavy rain and thunder
i agree but the amount of rain we had recently and it needs to be dry for a fair few days before with all the vehicles on there, plus with it being a public park they ain't gonna want it all churned up.... i'm hoping it dries up but it's getting too close for comfort with all the rain!
they haven't ha any events on for the last few weeks and the ground is slightly sloping, fingers crossed, if not, bring your own tow ropes ;D
On a serious note and not wanting to hijack Nigels post , there are 70+ tlb members heading here , what should we do if it is cancelled , i imagine we have all booked friday until monday off , should we try and arrange a mass meet in some locality thats fair to all ?.
