Great airstream caravan

 

Was awesome, and even VW campers got a mention in terms of iconic design!

 

got it on record. Watched it last week when a couple did up a scrapper 1960's coach. Epic!

Thanks for pointing out the programme - I wasn't aware of it. I've read the blurb about it, and it looks great, so I'll deffo be watching both episodes on 4OD at some point

re. the airstream, it looked like he'd taken out all of the insulation so that he could polish up the inner side of the stainless walls & ceiling.
Not the brightest idea IMO

but as always, I am probably wrong.

The airstream outside was gorgeous but I just found the inside a bit tacky and creepy

I can't wait to see what he does with his caravan, it's going to be brilliant!

I pass the transformed toilets in Crystal Palace in the first episode every day coming home from the station and always smile when I look at them now ^-^

 

He's back on tonight - 8pm Channel 4
