So here he is Gavin the Smurf Bus. I bought him in July and in a slight moment of madness. I got him on Ebay without seeing him only hours before flying out the states for a week. He was not perfect but was as described except for a few gear and engine problems that still needs a bit of adjusting. These are about sorted now. So I decides to strip out the interior and replace the seats, furniture and flooring. I was dreading this bit as I was looking for big holes. I did find some but having a welder for a husband is a big plus. I repainted the interior. Got the furniture from Camper Shak who were brilliant. Still got the overhead locker to put in. The lovely Deliliah has done all the upholstery for me, a lovely blue and cream. I decided I wanted to have a bit of fun with the ceiling so went for smarties on the roof. I just love smarties. I've still got work to do but I have been a busy girl!
