We took the Note to the garage last night as it needed some work done on it. When I dropped it off I said we need it back ASAP and they said it would be looked at first thing this morning. Called them 2 mins ago and they haven't even looked at it ... useless ....
Your lucky its normally in all day n they say it a be finished soon we just gota take it for a test drive.
Usually, if it's got fuel in it it can be found as the car one of the mechanics takes home overnight. The motortrade in this country, apart from a growing minority, is an absolute disgrace - new cars or old.
Just to back up my point - I was told it would be looked at first thing - with a view of collecting it around midday ... the fact that they had not called to say - 'sorry we are running late' - or give any updates is what made me angry. I too work as a PM and know the importance of keeping people updated when things change ... Generally there are a lot of people who could do with going on a customer service course to learn how to give a better service.
How many times have you checked the before and after mileage and how much fuel was in before you took it in
Mate I always take a pic of the speedo on cars before I take them in, my bus speedo it broken at the mo!
