Hi guys, i'm trying to sort out a workaround. i have fitted a late bay sender in my crossover and i'm running a porsceh gauge that set up for an early style cylinder type sender - therefore, the gauge is not working. rather than having to take engine/box out and modding the fuel tank etc. i'm thinking of retro fitting a late syle gauge into a pod (on top of under dash). not knowing much about the late style fuel gauge instrument panel i wonder if you could help me. is the voltage regulator that vwheritage sell, originally integrated within the instrument panel or will have have to purchase the regulator as well as a 2nd hand instrument panel/fuel gauge?
