Fuel breather pipes ?

Discussion in 'Mech Tech' started by Dubbdubb, Aug 15, 2017.

  1. Hi there . My fuel breather pipes take the normal route to the sides of the bus then end up at the rear just at the top of the hatch to a t piece , then that's it where should they go from there ? Cheers paul

  2. To the charcoal box ...if you have f.i .? Or fit a leakproof breather if you hav carbs ,better yet just connect them together and be done with it if you have carbs and a vented gas cap . image.jpeg

    Don't join them together.
It should be T'd off to your air filter.

  5. The air filters are those cone ones directly on top of the carb ?

You can buy a barbed fitting that you tap into the top of the air filter.

No worries. Whatever you buy, locktite the nut on, so it doesn't come loose and disappear down your carb!
