So I've almost finished replacing the deformation panel and step but camping time is calling. How long do you think it would take to replace the whole front panel the bottom edge and a bit under the windscreen has gone. I can't decide to fix or just tape it up and do next winter.
Bearing in mind you've sorted the deformation panel, the plinth where the bottom of the front panel sits may need a new lip, a days work give or take. The panel itself isn't difficult, we have done two and I reckon a week tops to sort it out including prepping the bits you cannot access with the panel in place.

Depends if it's just the front panel, or also inner valence / deformation panel too. I asked the same recently and was told £2000 -£2500.
When I had Matilda restored the garage found the rot around the window etc was too much to repair so offered to change the front panel at no extra cost if I supplied the parts, took them a day,,, result !!!!
