Front panel and deformation panel

Hi guys
Just a little advice if you please. If you where going to replace the deformation panel and the front panel on your bus, which would you put back on first?

As both fix to the inner valance it really doesn't matter.

 

Front panel first, then you can seal and paint the bottom lip before welding on the deformation panel
