Hi guys I have got to replace my inner and outer front panels The Problem.... I got the van as a unfinished project and do not know how its meant to go together?? Could anyone post and tips, diagrams or photos of the process's involved in this project?
The best way I did it was to take the front doors of so the new front panel can be folded over around the door area at the pillars . You can use a ratchet strap to pop the front panel on once your iner panel is welded in . Once the iner panel is welded in and the front skin is on re fit the doors to make sure it all fits well with the gaps . A good idea of ware the iner panel and out skin needs to be is to put the wiper mech in behind the dash and use the holes in the panels to fit he new stuff over the wiper splines ! If that makes sense this is a guide really it will still need fine tuneing ( this is how I did mine ) Sorry I've not got more pics as I lost them all the last time the forum cashed hope this helps
