Front beam grease

I’m sure this has been posted before but I can’t find the original post, anyway, what type of grease is best if any, and how many tubes are likely to be needed to fill a new beam?

Just your usual Multi purpose lithium grease is fine, think I got mine from Halfords: https://www.halfords.com/motoring/e...comma-multi-purpose-grease---tube-776070.html
I bought two tubes for a 2nd hand beam I fitted. It wasn't empty but didn't have much grease in it.

 

Cheers for that- any idea how much for an empty beam?

 

Get yourself 3 tubes I reckon. It's cheap enough so any you don't use can be saved for future top ups.
