Three springsteen tickets just cost me £247 cos i couldnt get through on the day , guess why ?. Cos the friggin touts who i just bought them off where jamming the lines and the ebuying process , its a joke.
Only £80 each, what you moaning about? I only watch bands in the pub generally. Seems pointless to spend evening in a massive venue where the attraction is so far away it could be anyone.
I"M a total gig addict have been since 1st gig(1974) could never bring myself to sell a ticket when i ended up wiv a spare , i seek out a fan outside venue and they get it , freebee, no big deal, it"s previously paid for , touts? don"t get me started ! KARMA will visit the sad life of all touts , just you wait and see !
it sucks buddy, i've had to get loads of tickets off seatwave cos i cant get them anywhere else or they'd mysteriously sold out 5 mins before they were due to go on sale! things we do to see good bands! been looking at pearl jam tickets, 85 quid each, them probably another 10-20 quid charge off seatwave

... it's probably not just touts blocking you from buying tickets. it's a popular ticket and masses of people would want them. When Stone Roses tickets came up a work colleague of my wife got 8 secretary's together and got them to phone in simultaneously until he got 4 tickets. Supply and demand. Stuart
What I find incredible is that there is now a recognised body who represents these middle men leeches. I know a lot of people criticised the Glastonbury Festivals' policy but it has stopped resale by other people. It's frustrating for you Poptop but it's true what people say, the worth of a ticket is what people are willing to pay. You were willing to pay that much. It has also resulted in artists dross such as Celine Dionne cashing in by charging up to £500 to go and see her.
i was whinging but i suppose i'm as much to blame for buying them as they are for selling them , but how else do you get them i was on the phone and internet for 3 days solid when they were released ???.
